- Designed and implemented a Playwright test automation framework from scratch, with a bespoke CI/CD pipeline built around the team's release needs.

- Audited and hardened the inherited Cypress E2E suite, and selected automation tooling to shorten diagnostic workflows.

- Built the UI and API automation suite from scratch in Cypress and JavaScript, replacing repetitive manual regression work.

- Enabled cross-browser coverage by integrating cloud testing platforms into the pipeline.
